Teacher Training - Level 2: Develop and Deepen Your Experience and Teaching
Our Level 2 Teacher Training program is open to students who have successfully completed Level 1 Teacher Training at Four Directions Yoga Studio. The emphasis in Level 2 is exploring and deepening one's own yoga and meditation practice as well as on developing one's own teaching abilities and scope. In Level 2 Teacher Training students are encouraged to complete their own research on a subject of your choice. Emphasis is placed on one's personal experience of yoga and meditation, and reflection on teaching philosophies and paradigms. This course is registered through the Yoga Alliance.
